III. NOW we have gone "through" the Cross"[0] andare living in the New Testament (Covenant)still
looking[0] for the fulfillment of the cleansing of the Sanctuary)(Lev.16:1-34; 23:10-36, Dan.8:14, 26-27,
Heb.10:25, 1Peter.4:17, NOTE: 1Cor.3:10-15)
A. To find the "cleansing of the Sanctuary," We need to look at the History of the"Sanctuary"
1. The first"Sanctuary" mentioned is in the Law of Moses. "Let them them build me a Sanctuary
(Exod.25:8) / This was the Tabernacle of Moses. This "sanctuary" was the center of Israel's everyday
life (Num.1-4, Josh.1-18, 1Cor.10:1-11; 12:12-21) from Mt. Sinai to entering the Land. Then it was "set up"
for the last time at Shiloh, (Exod,25-40, Num.1-14, Josh.18:1)until the reign of king David.
(1Sam.1-16, 1Chron.11- 17:1-15) (Phase 2 / Phase.7)
2. David was given a magnifical expansion of the Tabernacle blueprint[0]for the Temple / Sanctuary
which was the end of Israel's journey(See PHASE.2, Page.2)
3. UnderSolomon's reign theTemple (Sanctuary) would be built in the "place"(1Chron.21:18-27)in the
Land promised to Abraham. (Deut.12:1-12, 1Chron.11:1-9; 17:1-15, 19:1-22, 2Chron.5:1-14, 1Chron.28:19)
a. When this Temple / Sanctuary was finished it, was dedicated
(2Chron.5:1-14) in the "feast that is in the7th.month!"

b. ThenGod filled theSanctuarywith His Glory[0] / PHASE.11
c. No flesh could stand in God's Glory[0] / PHASE.5, Page.3
d. THEN the fame of the name of the Lord with out from the Temple
and all the earth sought to Solomon, to hear his wisdom, which
God had put in his heart." (1Kings.10:1-24) Compare Isa.2:1-3,

4. However "Solomon...went not fully after the Lord, as did David his
father." (1Kings.11:1-41)
a. This resulted in the united kingdom of Israel being divided into
two Houses. The House of Judah and the House of Israel. (1Kings.
11:40-22)NOTE: Chart opposite
b. Thecapital cityof the House of Judah was Jerusalem
(1) This was the Covenant line (1Kings.11:32-39)
(2) There were kings that "that which is right in the eyes of the
Lord," (2Chron.15:1-00; 17:6-10; 29:31; 34-35) but did not
experience the glory of the Temple before kingdom was
divided. (2Chron.5-36)
(3) In the City of Jerusalem was the true Temple, Offerings,
Priesthood, but bad kings neglected, corrupted, diminish
the Feasts days / No teaching priests and some good kings
restored, yet not fully (2Chron.5-36)
c. The capital city ofthe House of Israel was Samaria[0]
(1) This was NOT the covenant line (God's Purpose) but God
promised to bless if they followed Him. (1Kings.11:26-38)
(2) The House of Israel had Kings that did evil in the sight of the Lord(1Kings.11:1-40; 17:18-22)
(3) Samaria had a counterfeit Temple, Offerings, Priesthood, Feasts (1Kings.12:25-33) NOTE:.v.26-27
(4) Finally the House of Israel scattered out God's sight into Assyrian Captivity (2Kings,17:18-22,
Jer.3:6-8)
(a) The Prophets Jonah, Amos, Hosea were sent to the House of Israel.
(b) There was a promise that God gave to the House of Israel of gathering them back in Christ.
(Jer.31:31, Heb.8:7-13; Heb.10:16-17, 2Cor.3:1-18[0]
d. During this time of the kings of Judah, (Jews) the Prophets,Jeremiah, Ezekiel and others) warned
about a coming 70 year Babylonian captivity because they failed to respect, fear, honor, God''s Word
(Jer.29:10-11, 2Chron.36:22 / Lev.25:1-7) Review: PHASE.6
5. One of these Prophets was Jeremiah who said the House of Judah would go into captivity to the
Babylonians. This came to pass and the Temple / House of God / Sanctuarywas burned to the ground
(2Chron.36:1-3, 2Chron.36:22-23, Ezra.1:1-4)This captivity lasted for 70 years (Jer.7:1-34;
29:10-11, 2Chron.36:22) Jer.29:10-11,|
6. Daniel, (towards the end of the 70 year Babylonian captivity Dan.9:1-2, Jer.29:10-11) prophesied that
the House of Judah (Jews) would restore and build the city and the Sanctuary(Dan.9:1-27)
a. Thiswas a "landmark"[0](See chart below) to Daniel's people because they could count "from the
going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto theMessiah (John.1:29-41;
4:23-24) the Prince shall be seven weeks [49 hears] and threescore and two weeks [434 years to wait]
for Messiah (Dan.9:25) See chart below) (Review: PHASE.5, Page.7)
b. This "commandment" was given "in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the
Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of
Persia,[0] that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing,
saying...The Lord God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth;[0] and he hath
charged me to build him an house (Sanctuary) at Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there
among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in
Judah, and build the house of the Lord God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in Jerusalem.
(2Chron.36:22-23) From this pointDaniel's people(The House of Judah / Jews) could count the
number of weeks / years until the Messiah. (Dan.9:25-25, John.1:29-41; 4:23-24)
c. After the Babylonian Empire the House of Judah was released from captivity.
(1) This is found in the Books of Ezra, Nehemiah, and the Book of Esther.
(2) This is the time of Media-Perisa(Dan.2:36-39; 8:20; 11:1-2) Chart 3#
(3) This is where the Prophets Haggai, Zechariah and Malachi were prophesying(Hagg.1:1-6, Zech.1:1)
(4) After Media-Persia, there was a...
(a) A waiting time (silent years / the time of Greece Dan.2:36-39; 8:20; 11:1-2)
(b) No prophetic voice / NO inspiration from God / Malachi was the last prophet
(c) This was the (434 years / 62 weeks) prophesied by Daniel. (Dan.9:26)
(d) This is the time between the Old and New Testaments.(Dan.11:1-35). The Temple that
had been restored, (under Ezra and Nehimiah) but now polluted, the daily sacrifice taken
away, indignation against the holy covenant, some will forsake the holy covenant.

- The Temple remained in ruinsuntil the time of Herod
- History tells us that Herod rebuilt the Temple again with many things added to the
original pattern that Solomon built (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Temple#Herod's_Temple)
- The House of Judah / Jews also added the traditions of men and commandments of men
to the Law of Moses with the, "Oral Torah, Talmud, Mishnah, Midrash and Gemara, which
made the commandment of God of NONE effect. An "empty shell" no presence, no Glory.
in fact Ezekiel saw the Goly of God lift up from the Temple (Sanctuary) hundred of years
before. (Ezk.10:18)
NOTE: This was was the conditionof the Temple(Sanctuary) when Jesus / Messiah
came (Gen.1:1, John.1:1-14, 1Peter.1:18-20) unto His own to CONFIRM the covenant and the
promises to the children of the flesh of Abraham (Rom.15:8, Gal.3:15-17)
7. Daniel does not expand on what Messiah would do (Dan.9:26)[0] because "in other ages" (generations)
it was "not made known(Matt.13:17, 1Peter.1:10-12) unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed (in the
New Testament / Covenant) unto his holy apostles and prophets (2Peter.3:1-2) by the Spirit.
(Eph.3:1-12,v.5) [Christ the Lamb of God was not yet made manifested (1Peter,1:18-20)]
a. The Gospels and the Epistles explain[0]this time period between the revealing of the Messiah
and the Messiah being cut off. (crucified) 1Peter.1:18-20, John.1:29-41; 4:23-24
b. Messiah / JESUS would"confirmed" (fulfilled Matt.5:17-19) the covenant[0](Dan.9:27,
John.1:1-14, Matt.10:6; 15:24, Rom.15:8, Gal.3:15-17) which God made with the forefather's.

The Temple / Sanctuary is NOW spiritual. (John.2:18-20, Mark.14:58, Acts.7:47-48; 17:24,
Eph.2:11-22, 1Peter.2:5)

IV. Daniel was told that this "Sanctuary"will be cleansed)
A. The Sanctuary is Church / The Body of Christ (Review: points III - IVon this page)
1. Jesus said, "I will build my Churchwithout hands" (a spiritual building / Sanctuary)Mark.14:58
2. The apostle Paul and Peter (Gal.1:11-12, Luke.24:44-45)wrote (50-90 AD?) after the day of Pentecost
(John.16:10-15, Acts.2:1) that "the building (the Sanctuary / Church) will be fitly framed together
(John.2:18-20) growethunto an holy (spiritual) temple (Sanctuary) in the Lord. (Eph.2:2:1-22; 4:11-16,
1Cor.3:10-15; 6:19, 1Peter.2:5, 2Peter.1:13-14)
a. At Pentecost the Church (Sanctuary / Temple) began to be built / 1st.Cent.AD (Eph.2:20-22)
b. But the building stopped about 100 AD(?) and began a spiritual decline

(1) No spiritual light (which lasted approx,.1000 yrs. / See Chart: Prophet
Joel) [NOTE: The "leaven" had taken over. (1Cor.5:6-7) Seed of the Word[0]

Prov.24:30-34) The Church (samson) had fallen asleep in Delilah's lap. (judges.16:19-20)

c. After the (approx.1000 year's) "dark ages" the building (of the Church) began to be restored
(Acts.3:18-24) when God revealed (John.16:10-15, Act.2:1, 1Cor.2:1-14 / Gal.1:11-12) to Luther, "the

History calls this the reformation 1517 AD
3. This restoration has continued to our "present day"with the same warning that the apostle
Paul gave to the (1st.Cent.AD) Corinthian Church. (Review: PHASE.2, Pages.4, 5, 6) / PHASE.4
a. Purge out therefore the old leaven (Matt.16:6, 11-12, Mark.18:15, Luke.12:1, Gal.1:1-9; 5:1-9,
2Cor.3:1-15, Jude.1:1-10,Rev.2:4-6; 3:1-4; v.9; 14-22)
b. That ye may be a new lump (Rom.9:21; 11:16, 1Cor.11:16-17, 2Cor.5:17-21, Gal.5:9, Col.1:13
c. For you are unleavened "...For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us" (2Cor.5:17-21)
NOTE: What Paul was saying is that leaven can crept into our House AFTER(Jude.1:1-12) we are
saved, water baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost. Evidenced in Eph.5:21-32(not having spot, or
wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish)
d. The apostles instruction was to keep the feast (of Passover PHASE.2, Page.0 / PHASE.8)
(1) Meaning, keep the Feast[0] in its completion / fulfillmentin Christ (Matt.5:17-19, 1Cor.5:7-8,
(a) Completion is the action or process of finishing something. (Eng. Dict) The Law (i.e. The type /
shadow) Feast of Passover) "could never take away sin" It was "a schoolmaster to bring us to
Christ. (Gal.3:24) It was "imposed on Israel UNTIL JESUS (the true Passover) COMPLETED THE
LAW. (Heb.9:1-10)He paid to price(1Cor.6:19-20, 1Peter .1:18-20) for sin Jesus abolished /
"done away with" the penalty / Judgment of the Law(Rom.8:1-4) for those that are in Christ.
NOTE: Jesus did not destroy the Law He fulfilled it
(b) What does it meaning to be in Christ? (2Cor.5:7-8)
(c) Passover[0] was a shadow of good things to come in Christ / "the body is of Christ" (Col.2:16)
(the reality, (Matt.5:17-19) however, is found in Christ. NIV.) but the substance the reality of
what is foreshadowed] belongs to Christ. (Amp. Bible)
(2) We areto "keep the feast"(of Passover in its completion / fulfillment in Christ (Exod.12:1-22,
2Cor.5:8) not with the old leaven bread of...
(a) Hypocrisy (Matt.16:11-12, Luke.12:1,
(b) Wordliness / Compromise (Mark.8:14-15)
(c) Doctrine (Matt.16:12)
(d) Legalism back to the Law (Gal.1:1-9; 5:1-9)
(e) Rejecting the miraculous / resurrection
(f) Neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; / care of this life
(g) Following man / personalities / wisdom
(3) We are told to purge out therefore the old leaven (Matt.16:6, 11-12, Mark.8:15, Luke.12:1,
Gal.1:1-9; 5:1-9, 2Cor.3:1-15, Jude.1:1-10,Rev.2:4-6; 3:1-4; v.9; 14-22)
(4) This tells us that there STILL needs to be a "purging / cleaning" in the Church, The Body of
Christ before she is married. Jesus cannot be unequally in Marriage (2Cor.6:14-18, 1Peter.4:11)
(a) This purging is NOT at the Second Coming
(b) The Marriage of Christ and His Church and the Second Coming are NOT ONE IN THE SAME
e. The apostle Paul (The wise (1Cor.2:1-14)masterbuilder / architect 1Cor.3:10) inspired by the Holy
Ghost (2Tim.3:16-17) is using the "type"[0]of the Feast of Passover to explain (1Cor.10:1-11,
Acts.7:47-48) why the "spiritual" Sanctuary (Temple / Church / House of God) needs to cleansed.
(Exod.12:1-14-20, Lev.23:1-8, 1Cor.5:7-8, Col.2:16 / Matt.5:17-19, Heb.9:1-10; 10:1-4) NOTE: Gal.1:11-12
NOTE: The Corinthian Church knew about the fulfillment Feast of Passover[0] in Christbecause
this is what the early Church apostles preached / taught.(Matt.28:20, Acts.2:42, Lev.23:1-44,
Luke.24:44-45, Gal.1:11-12) NOTE the Words of Jesus,"...as I have taught you (apostles)..."

f. They knew Jesus / Messiah is the fulfillment of the Passover Lamb delivering us from the bondage

(1) Passover was Historically fulfilled at the Cross (Matt.5:17-19, Gal.3:24)
(2) Today we experience Passover in our lives (as the Corinthian Church did) when we become
born again. (See PHASE.2, Page.) THIS IS KEEPING THE FEAST in it's reality.
(a) It is spiritual not natural
(b) No man can keep the Law (Rom.3:1-33, Eph.2:8-10 "Not of ourselves")
g. They (The Corinthian Church) knew[0]that no leaven was to be found Israel'shouses, when they
left Egypt (Exod.12:1-22; 19:1-6, 1Peter.2:9) because this was part of the Feast of Passover. (Paul
interprets. (Gal.1:11-12) This as being "a newlump." (Exod.12:15-20, 1Cor.5:7-8/ 1Cor.10:17New
Creature / creation)
3. But the Corinthian Church was "puffed up" (proud (haughty)[0] andallowed this sin (leaven / a brother
in sin) to remain in the congregation[0] The House / Temple / Sanctuary of God. (1Cor.5:1-3, 11)
NOTE: What Paul is saying here was, we can allow leaven (tares) into the Church / Sanctuary /
Temple / House after we are saved, water baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit. (Acts.2:37-38) This
needs to be cleaned out. The chaff needs to be burned out. (Matt.13:30, 1Cor,3:10-15) before the
Wedding. (Holy Ghost fire Matt.3:11-12, NOTE: 1Cor.3:10-15)
4. Paul's admonition (warning) was to Purge out therefore the old leaven (indentified as a "brother"
1Cor.5:11) (NOTE: Other examples of Leaven (Matt.16:6, 11-12, Mark.18:15, Luke.12:1, Gal.1:1-9; 5:1-9,
2Cor.3:1-15, Jude.1:1-10,Rev.2:4-6; 3:1-4; v.9; 14-22) NOTE: The Church TODAY still needs
to be cleansed with the washing of water by the word.[0]
a. There are ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness[0](Jude.1:1-13)
b. There are those that Denythe only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.[0] (Jude.1:1-10)
c There are some preaching another Jesus in the Church (2Cor.11:1-15, Gal.1:1-) [0]
d. Today there are some preaching another Gospel in the Church(2Cor.11:1-15)
e. Today there some who are preaching another spirit in the Church(2Cor.11:1-15)
f. Today there are some false prophets and teachers in the Church(2Peter.2:1-22
2Cor.11:1-15,)
g. Today there are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves
into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed
into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be
transformed as the ministers of righteousness; (NOTE: Isa,.14:11-14) whose
end shall be according to their works. (2Cor.11:1-15)
h. Today there are tares (the children of the evil one) in the Church. (Matt.13:)
i. At the time of the end
(1) The man of sin will sit in the Temple of God sahowing Himself to be God.
(2Thes.2:)
(3) The Church TODAY still has spots (2Peter.2:13, Jude.1:1-10)[0]
(4) The Church TODAY still has "wrinkles", or any such thing.[0]
(5) The Church TODAY should be holy (Note: the Holy Place to the Most Holy
Place (Greater accountability)[0]
Question: "Is the Church TODAY without blemish?"[0] Has the Church TODAY Come to the
unity of the faith? (Eph.4:11-16) Has the Church TODAY come "unto a perfect man, unto the
measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (Eph.4:11-16, 1Cor.13:8-12, 2Tim.3:16-17)
6. What is the purpose for the cleaning of the Church?
a. It is to make the Church ready for marriage. NOTE: It is plain to see that Church IS NOT READY!
(Review from the toip of this page. (Rev.19:7-8)
b. The apostle Paul (Gal.1:11-12) "For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have
espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. But I fear, lest
by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be
corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ." (Gen. 3:1-24, 2Cor.11:1-3)
c. Think of the example of Mary (the chaste virgin) and Joseph. (Matt.1:17-25)
(1) She was
"that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ" (in marriageEph.5:21-32) because we (the
Church / Sanctary are Not a CHASTE virgin yet)
The first "Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman,
because she was taken out of Man. (Gen.2:23) Paul uses this SAME verse to explain about Christ and
His Church. (Eph.5:21-32 / Gal.1:11-12, 2Tim.3:16-17) No wonder we need to be clean (no leaven, no
spiritual pollution)
Paul says, "...but I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds
should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. (2Cor.11:1-3) [See Home page]
7. The apostle was referring to the first marriage OF THE FIRST ADAM (Gen.1:1, 26-31; 2:4-25,
Rom.5:14, 1Cor.15:45-46, 2Cor.11:1-3 Eph.5:21-32.See HOME PAGE) and also to the LAST ADAM"S.

All these truths have crept back into the Church since it it was restored beginning with Luther (1517 AD) and the reformation up to our present day.

Not long after Jude was wrote this epistle(65-68 AD) the Church (Sanctuary) would go into a spiritual decline resulting in the "dark ages" for a 1000 years? This seems like a long time, but it is ONLY TWO DAYS AGO (2Peter.3:1-9)

Many are focused ONLY on the present day, everyday walk before the Lord and thinking
The Word of God is a
light upon my feet (everyday / Noah a preacher of righteousness) However it is a light UNTO MY PATH (i.e. future /where we are going Noah also built an Ark) Noah found grace which taught him to build according to God pattern. The children of the Flesh of Abraham did not have a hearing ear and missed their day of visitation. (Matt.13:10-17)
In the time of the end there will come a famine for hearing the Word of God.
God's Purpose will move on. Nothing can make the word of God, "of none effect" (Rom.9:1-8) It will prosper wither God sends it (Isa.55")
When the apostle Paul wrote

I am the Temple / Sanctuary now

is fulfilled
IN CHRIST BEFORE THE SECOND COMING[0]
Nobody can say the the Church (The Body of Christ) has attained these qualifications.
Remember that Eve was completed / finished / perfected BEFORE she was presented to the first Adam (who was a figure of Him that was to come, Jesus / Messiah / Last Adam (Rom.5:14, 1Cor.15:45)

Jesus / Messiah did not say that he would build a earthly / natural Temple
Remember this is PART OF THE PURPOSE the 70 Week Prophecy. This comes under "to make reconciliation for iniquity" (Dan.9:24, Eph.2:1-22, Col.1:20-21)
This would make sense because there cannot be natural animal sacrifices accepted by God, if there is no natural Temple.
Therefore according to the pattern there must a a spiritual Temple to have spiritual sacrifices
