Some think Luke is writing about another Abomination(Luke.21:21-24)
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

They think that the antichrist will make a 7 year covenant with the Jewish people. During this time he will
allow them to rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem and to reinstate animal sacrifices once more. After 3 1/2 years he
(the antichrist) will change his mind and
place the idol / image of himself in the Holy Place. This (according to this
doctrine) will be an Abomination to God and He will make it desolate (destroy it)

I.  There is no Covenant made by the antichrist and the Jewish people

     A.  Review:
PHASE 5, Page.7 (
     B.  Gabreil said, "he shall confirm", NOT MAKE.
          1.  Dan.8:
          2.  Dan.9
          3.  Dan.10 come against
          4.  Dan.11
          5.  There is nothing in the Book of Revelation about the antichrist making a covenant with the Jews
     C.  Besides this is against Satan'
s character to "confirm" (keep a promise)

II. There will not be a rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem (that is the Temple of God)

     A.  The Jews (today) want to rebuild the Temple, not to worship Jesus but their own Messiah, Why would God
bless that? God would NEVER record His name on an earthly Temple ever again. Under the Old Covenant He
did record His name on the Temple "for the time then present..." until Christ came." (Heb.9:1-10) Once Christ
came then the Church is the Temple.

III If the abomination is the idol
(image) of the antichrist standing in the holy place... t
          1.  There MUST be a Temple, in the City of Jerusalem. (This according to the pattern) There is still no earthly
Temple! The Jews earthly Temple (in 70 AD) was "Left desolate" / Not one stone left upon another.
               (Matt.23:36; 24:1-3; 15-22 / Dan.9:26)
               a.  They say the Prophets spoke of a future Temple. This is true!
                    (1)  Isaiah
                    (2)  Jeremiah
                    (3)  .
                    (4)  .
                    (5)  .
               b.  What Temple are they speaking to?
                    (1)  Is it a earthly Temple?
                           (a)  .
                           (b)  .
                    (2)  Is it a spiritual Temple?

                   (2)  There is a future Temple of God (Rev.4:1-2) mentioned in Rev.11:1-2
                              (a)  This Temple of God is "measured", (Rev.11) not destroyed as Daniel said it would be
                              (b)
                       (3)  God never promised to rebuilt (earthly) Temple in the City of Jerusalem. Note: The absence of
the Temple in the City where our Lord was crucified (earthly Jerusalem
                              (a) (Dan.8:)
                              (b)  During the time of the antichrist the City is spiritual called "Sodom and Egypt" (Rev.11)
                              (c)  The Jerusalen "which is now" is Sinai / Hagar / Ishmael (Gal.4:21-31)
                       (3)  Because God will never accept animal sacrifices. There must be a Temple and an Altar to offer
                              sacrifice according to the pattern.
                       (3)

                        (2)  Flood (Armies Luke.21:24 / war / desolations (Dan.9:26)
                         (3)  Trodden down of the Gentiles / Nations until (Overspreading Dan.9:24) the times of
the Gentiles be fulfilled. (Luke.21:24) What is the times of the Gentiles?

                 d.    Stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, [whoever reads this] let him understand:)
                       (1)  What is the Holy Place? (Review: PHASE 4, Page 5)
                       (2)  (whoso readeth, [whoever reads this] let him understand:) Eyes - understanding
                       (3)  This language does mean anything to the Gentiles because they are "without Christ, being
aliens (strangers) from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of
promise, having no hope, and without God in the world" (Eph.2:11-12)

                  c.  Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains...in those days!
                       (1)  "Then" and "those days" are both referring to the destruction of the "city and the sanctuary"
                       (2)  "Then let them which be in Judaea flee..." This further establishes that Jesus is answering the
disciples question, "when shall these things" (not one stone upon another Matt.24:1-3)
                       (3)   See Historical record (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Jerusalem_(70_CE)

                  d.  But pray ye that your flight be not in the on the sabbath day:
                        (1)  Another confirmation that Jesus is speaking of the 70 AD Abomination of Desolation
                        (2)  There were strict laws about the Sabbath in the Law of Moses (Masoritic Text)

                  e.  For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time,
(the time of the 70 AD) no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there
should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. (Matt.24:15-22)
                     Review: PHASE 5, Page.7, Vll. A. 1-5
                     (1)  For then shall be great tribulation. Note: What will be in the "Tribulation?"
                              (a)  The antichrist wearing out the saints.
                              (b)  Nothing mentioned about a rebuilt Temple. Only the Temple of God
                              (c)  No animal sacrifices offered
                              (d)  The City (Jerusalem) is called Sodom and Egypt
                              (e)  There is a false Prophet
                              (f)   Two witnesses / graffed in again the children of the flesh of Abraham. Nothing about coming
to a Temple to make animal sacrifices

                       (2)  such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, (the time of the 70 AD) no, nor
                             ever shall be.
                       (3)  except those days should be shortened. Note: The tribulation is a set time, 42 months, 1260
                              days, time, times and half

                  c.   What about Dan.8:11-12; 11:31; 12:11?
The language here was future to Daniel, but History to us. (Review: PHASE 5, Page 2, 5

None of these verses relate to the Gentile nations (outside the covenant Eph.2:11-12)

NOTE: This doctrine says that both Matthew (Matt.24:15) and Mark (Mark.13:14-23) point to the 70 AD destruction of
the City and the sanctuary, but Luke (Luke.21:20-24), some how is speaking of another Abomination of desolation
yet to come from the SAME scripture in (Dan.9:26) is
-ion in the Tribulation time.
