The Seed (offspring) of the Woman

"The Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?  (you) And he said, I heard thy voice in the
garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.  And he said, Who told thee that thou wast (you were) naked? Hast thou (have you) eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded
[1] thee (you) that thou (you) shouldest (should) not eat?  And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest (you gave) to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.  And the Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast (you have) done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast (you have) done this, thou (you) art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou (you will) go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy (your) life:  And I will put enmity (hostility) between
thee (you / the serpent) and the woman, and between thy (your / the serpent's seed) and her seed; it (the woman's seed) shall bruise thy head, and thou (you / the serpent) shalt (shall) bruise his heel."

II.  The serpent's seed (offspring)

     





































III. The seed is already identified as "His" (Jesus / Messiah)
       A.  Jesus is the fulfillment of "the woman's seed" (Offspring)
            1.  The genealogy shows God's faithfulness to His promise / covenant
(Gen.3:15, Matt.1:1-17)
            2.  This genealogy shows the humanity (according to the flesh
Rom.9:5, Phil.2:) from
                 Abraham to David to Mary and Joseph.
            3.  Then it says, "Now the birth of Jesus was on this wise" Virgin Born"
(Matt.1:18-25)
       B.  Jesus "grew in stature before God and man.
            1.  At the age of 30 He "began to do and teach" while confirming the Covenant / Promises made to the
                 fore Father's. (Matt., Mark, Luke, John)
            2.  After 3 1/2 years He was crucified in the middle of His confirmation to His own. (House of Judah / Jews)
            3.  As the first Adam gave Himself for Eve to be presented to Him in marriage, JESUS / MESSIAH (the last
                 Adam) has given Himself for the Church, so that she would be presented as a Bride to Him
(Eph.5:26-27
       C.  The fruit of this marriage will a man child "after His kind" which will be caught up to God and His throne,
            which will result in Satan being cast down to this earth. (Briuse the serpents head / control center and copy
            of CHRIST the HEAD of the CHURCH / Bride

            NOTE: Jesus the "seed" (two parts) a. defeat the serpent at the Cross (Col.2:14-16) b. Crush serpents head"
            Rev.13:1 head wounded After the Cross Paul says that the serpent  be crushed shortly (Rom.16:20) under
​            your feet.

IV.  Note: The seed (offspring) of the Woman is seen in Revelation

       A.  The married Woman ready to bring forth a man child.
v.1-2
       B.  The serpent with one last chance to destroy the offspring of the Woman, but fails.
v.3-5
       C.  The man child is caught up to unto God, and His throne. v.5
       D.  The woman flees into the wilderness for 3 1/2 years .
v.14-17
       E.   And there was war in Heaven
       F.  The dragon / serpent / Devil / Satan cast out "down to earth."
v.7-9
       G.  The serpent makes war with the remanent (remaining) OF HER SEED (Offspring)
             fails this time
