God is NOT willing that any should perish. From the beginning of the World. BEFORE the was a Jew or a Gentile, His "intent" was that the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, (with the Jew) and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ.." (Eph.2:1-22; 3:1-12)

This is not "replacement theology"as some say. This God's Redemptive Purpose unfolding reconciling the Jew and Gentile together as saints. ONE NEW MAN

                 is called the circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
(Gen.17:)See genealogy chart
           2.  God gave Abraham circumcision as the seal to the covenant that He made with him.
(Gen.17:9-14)
           3.  The Gentiles / strangers were outside this Covenant
(Eph.2:1-22)
           4.   Now we [The Church, the Saints, the Israel of God, Jew and Gentile / Stranger together] have been
                 circumcised with a circumcision made without hands
(Rom.2:28-29; 9:1-8, Eph.2:1-22, Gal.6:15-16,
                   Col.2:10-12)

[0]
            4.  Having no hope, and
            5.  Without God in the world:

are made nighby the blood of Christ.

            8.  And hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; (Jew and Gentile)
            9.  Having
abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances;
          10.  For to make in himself of twain (two - Jew and Gentile) one new man,
(Eph.4:11-16) so making peace.
          11.  And that he might
reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
          12.  And came and preached peace

a.  To you which were afar off ( The starngers, Gentiles, Nations

                 c.  For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

      C.  Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners,

(1Cor.3:10-15)
            4.  Jesus Christ being the chief corner stone; In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth
                 unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God
                through the Spirit
.
[See PHASE 2, Page 2] "For this cause (that we are being built a SPIRITUAL
                TEMPLE"
Eph.2:1-22
)NOT A NATURAL (earthly) TEMPLE
.

      D.  I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles, (stranger's") If ye (you) have heard of the dispen-
            sation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:
            1.  How that by revelation
(Gal.1:11-12)he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore
                 (before) in few words, Whereby, when ye (you) read, ye (you) may understand my knowledge
                 in the mystery of Christ)
            2.  Which in other ages (Old Testament generations) was not made known unto the sons of men,

                  (Matt.13:10-17, 1 Peter.1:10-12)
as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets
                  (2Peter.3:1-2, Luke.24:44-45, John.16:10-15)
by the Spirit;
            3.  That the Gentiles (strangers / Nations) should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and
                 partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
            4.  Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the
                 effectual working of his power... And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the
                mystery, which from thebeginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all
               things by Jesus Christ
:
(Eph.3:1-9,John.1:1-14, Heb.1:1-2)

                 Remember your natural genealogy does not count after the Cross, this only counted for the
                 children of Abraham to bring them to Christ.

      E.  Some extra thoughts: The tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levities shall set it up: and the stranger
          that
cometh (comes) nigh nigh (near) shall be put to death.
(Numbers 1:50-51, NOTE: Neh.7:63-65) No
           stranger, which is not of the seed of Aaron, should come near to offer incense before the Lord; that he be
           not as Korah, and as his company: as the Lord said to him by the hand of Moses.
(Num.16:40)
           1.   The stranger in the New Testament reality.
                 They are outside the Covenants of promise, uncircumcised, without God, without hope, dead
                 in sin and trespass.
(Eph.2:1-12)  Jude says, "For there are certain men crept in unawares, ("tares"
                  Matt.13:24-30, 36-43
Cain, Balaam, Core / Korah) who were before of old ordained to this
                 condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the
                 only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
                 a.  [
Cain, Balaam, Core (Korah)]
                      (1)  These are spots in your feasts of charity, when
                      (2)  They feast with you, feeding themselves without fear:
                      (3)   Clouds they are without water, carried about of winds;
                      (4)   Trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
                      (5)   Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame;
                      (6)   Wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
                 b.  This is why we need to know them that labor amongst us / prove all things / hold fast to the
                      good. Think of Neh.7:63-65 Their register was not found / could not work / they would pollute the
                      holy things of God
.

                      NOTE: The stranger was allowed to sojourn BUT they have to abide by the Law of God
