Adam / figure

NOTE: The scriptures that are colored in Blueshow how the Old Testament points to the New Testament  that Jesus has confirmed. (John.1:11, Gal.3:15-16, Matt.5:17-19,
Rom.3:21-31)

I.  The Book of Genesis(The beginning of "the matter " Prov.18:13, Luke.14:25-33)

          A.  Creation / Heavens and earth
(Gen.1:1-31; 2:1-25, John.1:1-3)
          B.  God created Adam "who with this purpose (Mystery
in mind BEFORE there was a Jew or
                a Gentile.
(Eph.2:1-22; 3:1-12, Gen.1:26-31; 2:1-25, Rom.5:12, 1Cor.15:45-46, 2Cor.11:1-15)
                1.  Adam was a "figure of Him (JESUS) to come" (Rom.5:12, 1Cor.15:45-46)
                2. JESUS is called the "last Adam" (1Cor.15:45-46)
           C.  Sin entered the world by one man Adam (Gen.3:1-24, Rom.5:10-12)
                1.  Now man's spirit is dead in sin and walking according to the desires of the flesh and mind.
                2.  They were driven out of the garden with a prophetic promise of  redemption (Gen.3:15)
                3.   This Redemption would be "by one man" in Jesus Christ" / NOTE: the "he" in Gen.3:15,
                        Col.2: 13-15, Rom.5:10-21, Eph.2:1-33)
                4.  This is foreshadowed by the coats of skins that came from a animal sacrifice that had shed
it's blood as a sacrifice. (the action of replacing omeone or something with another person) (Gen.3:15)
           D.  Next: "In the process of time..." (Gen.4:1-4) Both Cain and Abel brought offering's to the Lord.
                1.  Abel's offering was accepted / The
                     a.  Body and blood of a lamb / Jesus
                     b.  Cain's offering was rejected /  Work of Cains hands rejected
                2.  By this time man corrupted himself (Gen.6:1-22, Matt.24:36-37) / gave Noah a word / destroyed the
earth. (Gen.7:21-24) Note:"all flesh died" JESUS said "as it was in the days of Noah, pointing to the
                     Second Coming.
           6.  After the Flood Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth
                1.  They were told to be "fruitful and multiply and replemish the earth, which they did, after their
families, after their tongues, in their lands, after their nations. (By these were the nations divided
in the earth after the flood. (Gen.10:32)  (Gen.7:21-24; 9:1-29; 10:1-32)
                2.  Everyone had the same genealogy (i.e. natural production / born naturally / Lineal descent) and the
whole earth "was of one language, and of one speech." (Gen.11:1)
                3.  And it came to pass, "as they journeyed from the east,[0] that they found a plain in the land of Shinar;
and they dwelt there. They said one to another, "Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, (Babel v.9)
whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the
face of the whole earth." (Gen.11:1-9) This is exactly what God did! He confounded their purpose and
their language, and scattered them "abroad upon the face of the earth."
                     a.  This was the beginning of Languages
                     b.  The beginning of Nations (Gen.10:32)
                     c.  Their genealogy (i.e. natural production / born naturally / Lineal descent / genealogy)[0] still
the same and sin had passed on the all men. (Gen.5:10-15, Rom.10:15)
                     d.  Note: All these Nations began with "the sons of Noah" (Gen.6:1-22; 7:1-21; 9:1-7) who got off
the Ark, with one language and one speech (Gen.9:1-29; 10:1-32; 11:1)  NOTE: No communication
problem / There was nothing else happening / A new beginning
                          (1)  The knowledge of the garden of Eden, (Gen.1:1-31; 2:1-8)
                          (2)  They knew that Sin entering the world (Gen.3:1-24; Rom.5:10-12)
                          (c)  They knew that God rejected Adam and Eve's fig leaf aprons and gave them coats of skin to
                                cover their nakedness (sin)[0], (Gen.3:1-21)
                          (d) They knew about Abel's offering being accepted and Cain's rejected, (Gen.4:1-4, 1John.3:12-18,
                                     Heb.11:1-4, Jude.1:-13)
                            (e)  They knew about men calling on the Lord, and Noah offering sacrifice on a Altar. (Gen.4:26;
                                     8:9-21)

But the generations (Gen.10:1-5) that came from Shem, Ham, and Japheth failed  "
because...when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but
became vain in their imaginations, (Gen.6:5) and their foolish heart was darkened."
                                  (Rom.1:20-25)

NOTE: EVERYTHING from Genesis to Revelation is to do with this purpose. "that the Gentiles (wild Olive Tree) should be fellow heirs,
(with the Jew, the good / cultivated tree) and of the same body, (as saints / ONE MAN) and partakers of his promise in Christ (who verily
                    was fore-ordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times [0] for you, by the gospel" (Eph.2:1-22;
3:1-12) God is NOT double minded. NOTE: Keep this in mind when studying Rom.9, 10 and 11

            6.  God called out Abram (Abraham Gen.12:1-3; 17:5)
Abram was called out, but his nature (i.e. natural production / born naturally / Lineal descent /
genealogy) still goes back to fall od Adam, and sin entered to world and passed on to all men. (including
Abram Rom.5:10) Now God is expanding His Covenant / promise that He made with Adam (Gen.3:15)
and Noah. (Gen.9:12-17) This is where the good (cultivated) Olive Tree begins (Rom.11:24) to develop
bringing them to CHRIST and the including of the Gentiles, (Nations)  in His purpose from the foundation
                of the world.
                a.  Abraham was promised A LAND.  (Gen.12:1-2 Heb.4:1-11)
                b.  A DIVISION takes place between the "children of the flesh of Abraham (See chart above Rom.9:5-8)
and the Gentiles (every other Nation)
                c.  God promised to make him A GREAT NATION (Gen.12:1-2; 15:1-15; 17:1-8)
                d.  God promised his (Abraham's) seed / offspring [0] would be like the "stars" of the
heaven (Gen.15:1-21, Gal.1:1-29) The apostle Paul writes "thy (your) SEED WHICH IS
CHRIST" (Gal.3:1-29) God promised Messiah / Abraham saw it (John.8:) Abraham
also saw the "beloved city" (Heb.11:10 ) which is THE BRIDE (See chart above)
                      Rev.21:2,9-27
                e.  Abraham offered up his only begotten son, Isaac as a "figure" pointing to God
offering His only begotten Son on the cross (Gen.22:1-14, Heb.11:17-19)
                f.  Abraham (The Father) sent His servant to find a bride for His only begotten Son "a
figure"[0] of the Marriage of Christ (The only begotten Son) and His Church
                      (Gen.24:1-67, John.16:10-15, 1Cor.2:1-14, Eph.5:21-33)
                g.  Remember Abram (Abraham's)  "nature" (i.e. natural production / born naturally /
Lineal  descent / offspring / genealogy) remains the same. (See chart above)
Abraham was not a Jew. (A Jew [0] is one from the Tribe of Judah which began with
one of the sons (Judah) of Jacob / Israel which many generations after Abraham.
                     (1)  Abraham believed in the Lord and He counted it to him for righteousness.[0] (Gen.15:6, Rom.4:1-25,
                             Note:v.1-8; 5:10-15; 7:7) Star seed which is Christ (Gen.15:5, Gal.3:16, 29)
                     (2)  Abraham had a "sand"[0] seed / The children of the flesh of Abraham (Gen.22:17; 32:12, Rom.9:27)
                     (3)  He also had a "dust" seed / All the Gentile Nations that included Ishmael (who mocked Gen.21:1-21
                              Gen.15:1-21; 16:1-15, Gal.4:21-31 / Rom.9:1-21 Isaac) and Esau (who despised Gen.25:19-34 his birth
                            -right (Gen.13:16; 28:14)

           7.  EVENTS from Abraham until going down into Egypt / The Book of Exodus  (REVIEW: PHASE 2)
                a.  Abraham was told that his (offspring) seed would go into a 400 year captivity (Gen.15:1-14)
                b.  Isaac - Abraham's covenant was continued through Isaac. (Gen.21:12; 26:1-3)
                c.   Jacob / Israel - Abraham's covenant was continued through Jacob / Israel (Gen.28:1-5)
                d.  Twelve (12) sons of Jacob / Israel (Prophetic word over Judah that Shiloh" would come) Gen.49:1--27,
                       NOTE:v.10)
                e.  Joseph sold by his brothers was taken down into Egypt (Gen.37- 45:1-8)

CONCLUSION: TO GENESIS
Creation, Adam and Eve, the Genealogies, Noah and the flood, calling out of Abraham and having the only begotten son / Isaac, and Jacob whose name was changed to Israel from which came the children of Israel / The Nation of Israel who was to come into the Land, which was a type of God was about to do in the New Covenant in Christ's blood. First the natural then the spiritual / many today stay at the natural
