1. "In the beginning..." (Gen.1:1). No time was mentioned. "God created the heaven and the
earth..." (Gen.1:1) No time mentioned. "And the earth was (or became) without form or void...(Gen.1:2) No time mentioned. "And God said let there be light...(Gen.1:3) Now there is time mentioned in creation, and time for Redemption.
2. Many try to discredit the Flood of Noah's day and say it never happened. To discredit the Flood is to discredit Jesus who was to first to acknowledge the days of Noah (Matt.24:37-38) and He taught Peter (Luke.24:44-45). 3. Some teach that Peter was not saying that the day of Pentecost was not the fulfillment of Joel 2:28 because the Sun does not turn into darkness, and the Moon into blood until the sixth seal (Rev.6:12), which is before the seven trumpets (Rev.8:1-13), the Seventh trump / the Second Coming of Christ. The answer is, the Holy Spirit through Peter was referring to the last two thousand year days God would pour out His Spirit until the Sun is darkened and the Moon turned to blood. 4. Walking - to traverse [to pass through or a cross, to cross in travel] i.e. to travel. 5. This authority was a Lust - a longing (especially for what is forbidden) A lust of power to be like God. Lust does not always mean sexual desires. (Jude used "Korah" as the example of this rebellion ( Jude.1:11, Num.16:1-35). 6. This preparation is according to the pattern (i.e. blueprint) of the Covenant types and shadows. (Review Phase 2) 7. The Hebrew word for "week" is seven (Strong's Concordance OT # 7620)
8. Israel was a united kingdom until Solomon (Exod.19 - 1Kings.11). After Solomon the kingdom was divided in two, the House of Israel and the House of Judah. Samaria became the capital city of the House of Israel and Jerusalem was the capital of the House of Judah. The House of Israel "left all the commandments of the Lord their God and made molten images...and served Baal" (2Kings.17:1-23). "Therefore the Lord...removed them from His sight (2Kings.17:18-23). Then the Assyrians came and took them captive and they became mixed among the Assyrian race. The House of Judah (Jews) was preserved because of God's Covenant with David (1Kings.12 - 2Kings.17:1-23).
9. The Priests and the Levities were descendants of Levi, one of the sons of Jacob (Israel- Gen.49:5, Num.1:47-54, Deut.31:9-11). They were separated by God from the people of God and were given responsibility to minister unto the Lord and serve the people. By the time that Jesus came (John.1:1-14), they had replaced much of the Law of Moses with their man made traditions (Matt.15:6). This resulted in the neglect of humanity in the name of religious traditions.
10. Scoffer's - Strong's NT:1703 from NT:1702; a derider, i.e. (by implication) a false teacher: KJV - mocker, scoffer. 11. Lusts. - Strong's NT:1939 from NT:1937; a longing (especially for what is forbidden): KJV - concupiscence, [powerful feelings of physical desire] desire, lust (after) 14. Week - Strong's OT שָׁבוּעַ shâbûwaʻ, shaw-boo'-ah; or שָׁבֻעַ shâbuaʻ; also (feminine) שְׁבֻעָה shᵉbuʻâh; properly, passive participle of H7650 as a denominative of H7651; literally, sevened, i.e. a week (specifically, of years):—seven, week.
15. Sabbath - The Sabbath is a "schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ" (Gal.3:24 / Matt.5:17-19), the TRUE rest we have in Him (Heb.4:1-11). "for he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from His" (Heb.4:10). Keeping the actual sabbath day, as the church in the wilderness did under the Old Covenant, is your own works. NOTE: Paul's letter to the Galatians 1:6; 3:1-29.

17. Gathering - "together unto Him." at the second Coming. Gathering is a complete collection; especially a Christian meeting (for worship):—assembling (gathering) together. Review: PHASE 10 18. Generation - In the long‐lived patriarchal age a generation seems to have been computed at 100 years (Genesis 15:16 compare Genesis 15:13 and Exodus 12:40). But subsequently the reckoning was the same which has been adopted by modern civilized nations, viz. from thirty to forty years (Job 42:16). (Generation is also used to signify the men of an age or time, as contemporaries (Genesis 6:9; Isaiah 53:8) posterity, especially in legal formulae (Leviticus 3:17 etc.); fathers, or ancestors (Psalm 49:19).
