C. The language of the "early" and the "latter" Rains                                      
       When the Holy Spirit wanted to instruct (2Tim.3:16) us about waiting  patiently for the Coming of 
      the Lord (James.5:7-8), He used the Bible language of the early and latter rains. These "rains"
      foreshadow two appointed times in God's Redemptive plan where God would pour out His Spirit
      upon all  flesh. (Full details in - Phase 8, 9, and 11)
